Overview

ClientTrack offers users the functionality to print data-filled forms conveniently. This feature is especially useful for maintaining physical records, conducting reviews, and facilitating data sharing outside the digital platform. The printing option allows you to choose between generating a form for manual input or printing it with the data already collected.

Setup

To enable this feature, users must be granted Print Forms access through User Management permissions. Without this permission, the printer icon will not appear, and users will not have the option to print the data or the form displayed on the screen.

Print options

To easily print the forms displayed in ClientTrack, follow the steps below:

Locate the Printer Icon

  1. Navigate to the upper right-hand corner, just above the edge of the form you wish to print.
  2. Hover over to to reveal the form toolbar (icons displayed are based on user permissions).
  3. Click on the printer icon.

Choose Print Options

Upon clicking the printer icon, a pop-up window will display your printing options.

The Display as a blank form for manual input option generates a printable version of the form without pre-filled data, suitable for manual input.

The Display the data in a format better suited for printing option prepares a print-friendly format of the form with the data already collected.

The Break between each page checkbox is self-explanatory. It is especially useful for longer forms, as it prevents breaks in awkward places.

By following these steps, you can effectively print forms from ClientTrack, adapting the output to meet your specific needs, whether for data collection or documentation purposes.
