System Updates
System Updates are provided by Eccovia to update ClientTrack’s compliance, functionality and performance. These items will populate on the form by default. Release Notes from updates prior to 2024 are available on this form. Release Notes from 2024 and later may be accessed through updates.eccovia.com
Environment Synchronization
Environment Synchronizations, or syncs, are logged along with System Updates. The most common type of sync is from training/development environments, typically used for database design and user training, to production environments accessed by users to perform daily tasks.
- To view syncs, uncheck “Exclude Environment Synchronizations”.
- Users may additionally enter “sync” into the System Update search field to view only these items.
