This guide provides a description of the interaction framework utilized by all ClientTrack implementations and is intended to serve as a guide for users with visual or motor impairments as a method for gaining an understanding of how to best interact with ClientTrack using a keyboard or in conjunction with screen reading applications such as JAWS for Windows Screen Reading Software.

 

This guide may utilize examples of forms, menus, or other components to illustrate common processes, but not all components will be available or applicable to each ClientTrack implementation in the manner that they are described within this document. This guide will cover universal ClientTrack interaction concepts including logging in, general navigation, data review, data entry, and reporting.

 

The guide includes sections on Logging in, Workgroups, Navigation, Forms, Dashboards, Query Results and Running Reports.
