  • Make sure the plugin is enabled. To check if the plugin is enabled, open Outlook and go to File > Options > Add-Ins. Click the “GO” button at the bottom of the add-ins page. Make sure the "HubSpot Sales Outlook desktop add-in" checkbox is selected.
