Instructions
Search for and open “Network Connections” from the Start Menu
Locate and right-click your VPN connection (likely called “Eccovia”)
Select “Properties”
Click on the “Security” tab
Change the “Data Encryption” dropdown
If it’s set to “Maximum strength” set it to “Require encryption”
If it’s set to “Require encryption” set it to “Maximum strength”
