Instructions
Navigate to help.eccovia.com
Click on the “Log In” button in the top right
Click “Custom Authentications”
Click “Single Sign On”
Type “eccovia” in the subdomain box and click Sign In
Log in with your Office 365 account and Voila you have logged into help juice.
All users are granted contributor privileges on first log in. If you believe you require elevated permissions please reach out to Easton or IT.
